Involvement with Spirits Burning
Bridget asked me if I'd like to record a new version of Evening, for a CD she was doing with Spirits Burning, a song we wrote together ages ago.
Recording For Earth Born

Bridge emailed me an mp3 of her singing the vocal melody and a drum beat. It sounded weird and too slow but I played along with it a bit at home and I came out to her place to record. I needed to record a guitar track first so I'd have something to play against as it sounded empty and strange. I didn't realise they'd keep the guitar track, though I'm very pleased with the way its turned out. I think Bridge and Don must have put a lot of work into making the song how it is from where it started.
