"I got involved with Spirits Burning through Bridget. We are old friends and used to play in the Hippy Slags many moons ago. She invited me to put a guitar part on a song, and I said yes."
Recording For Earth Born

"Bridget gave me a cd to listen to and see if I could come up with anything to add to it. It was quite strange because it just had her vocal part, and a keyboard and bass drum on it, so it was very minimal at the time. I had no idea what else was going to be added to it. I thought I'd use a tremolo effect on the guitar, but Bridget switched the effects on the computer and she (quite by chance I think) put a full chorus type effect on, which we both preferred, and decided to keep."

"I played in the band The Roach Club originally when I was about 18 yrs old. Then Came the Hippy Slags, which lasted a few years. Now I'm in Heated Rollers."
